Conversational Spaces for Change

an ACMP QEP™ Course
This course is designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge to transform your change management approach.
When leading a change program, one interacts daily with various people in different contexts and conversations where miscommunication, unfulfilled deliverables, distrust, and active resistance are expected.

Our ACMP QEP™ course provides an approach to address these challenges by looking at the conversational spaces of change and building skills to navigate these conversations effectively.

From navigating distrust to managing power dynamics, addressing resistance, and fostering accountability, this program equips change practitioners with a nuanced toolkit for orchestrating impactful conversations.
